Ariel Khadr
Ariel Khadr, sponsored model and IFBB Fitness Pro competitor, is a competing athlete. Ariel Khadr started her fitness show career when she was just 16 years old, and she gave up gymnastics. The Pro Card was only awarded one year later at the age of 17, she was a professional athlete. Ariel Khadr has been a sponsored athlete for IFBB Fitness Pro and is an actress. At 16, she started participating in fitness contests following her decision to quit gymnastics. Within a year she was able to earn her Professional Card aged 17. Thus becoming the youngest IFBB Pro of all time. Ariel was required to take the time off from the stage following the award of her Pro card to complete college. In 2015 she continued her path from last year, competing in high profile contests as Mr. Olympia and Toronto Pro Supershow. Following her debut show was a success, she continued to compete for a long time and establishing higher goals each year. In 2009, she had won four other fitness titles. In addition, the 2009. NPC Team Universe Fitness Nationals Champion made her one of the youngest Fitness Professionals from IFBB ever. Ariel took an extended break following her professional card's issuance so that she could earn her college diploma. Then she returned in October 2015 with her first IFBB Fitness Pro debut at the 2015 Phoenix Europa Games. In the show, she finished in third place. In June of 2016, she was winning the IFBB Toronto Pro Supershow, which qualified her for be a part of the Fitness Olympia. After three months of training, Ariel stepped onto the Olympia Stage to take home 6th in the Fitness Division. Ariel was proud to have placed 6th at the level of Fitness despite not having any expectations. Ariel had to compete against some of the most top athletes. Ariel constantly improving her physique. Ariel is a fan of working her back. Her typical back workout consists of bent-over rows, one-arm pull-downs using lats on a machine pull-ups, as well as seated rows. First, she warms up and then moves on to the sets she works on. Ariel makes use of her time effectively. Converting all the back exercises into a set of three or four 10-12 rep supersets is the way she is doing.
